If they introduced this device that looks similar to the mockup you posted where it's a screen inside a 360 controller I would buy it. -

Microsoft has Windows, which they have a lot of things they can leverage with that. Windows Mobile, Play For Sure, XBLA games, Media Extender, Marketplace, Microsoft points, Windows Messenger, Vista, ect ect.
Also interesting that Transmeta is onboard. Could that mean PC titles (Windows 95/98) and Xbox titles being playable?
Personally, I can't wait to see what they have.
