    Mad Catz Pro 360 controller

    White http://www.madcatz.com/Default.asp?P...60_Controllers
    Black http://www.madcatz.com/Default.asp?P...60_Controllers

This is sold under the Mad Catz Logo or the Gameshark Logo. Both are listed as a Pro Pad.

I actually picked up one of these due too all the reviews i've seen on it.

First and foremost, the contoller is Wired.

The controller is smaller than any XBox or 360 pad. It's getting closer to the size of the PS2. The analog sticks feel quite a bit more solid than the 360 contollers do, but not quite as solid as the Controller S of the X1.

The Triggers feel really good and it's nice having space behind the them so you don't feel like you presed them up against a wall.

Also the shoulder buttons are bigger and feel like the shoulder buttons on the PS2....

The button underneath the controller that will Invert the sticks is really a nice touch, even though it's not really nesescary due too the games on the 360 that support it.

I've used both the first party Wireless and Wired controllers.
After using the Mad Catz Pro Pad... it's probably the best 3rd party controller made. Seriously. It's not junky or shoddy by any means. I'll be using this Pad over the first party pads for Racing and Shooters.

I hope they make a wireless version of this at some point.

"If it ain't broke don't fix it"-I don't see any reason to use anything other than the MS 360 controller.

That might be true for some but others may prefer a controller with a different layout of the buttons and sticks. As sweet as the 360's controller is I still to this day prefer the PS2 Dualshock because of it's size, the postioning of the buttons and sticks on that controller.

Seriously, this pad feels more akin to the PS2 contoller size wise, but with 2 xbox kind of things... the analog stick and the Triggers.

For people that want a smaller pad that's not crappy, this really, is a great 3rd party pad.

Did anyone look at all the reviews for it?
Even teamxbox said they liked this pad better than the First Party controller.

I always thought of MadCatz as the one third party hardware developer whose stuff actually worked.
