Ok so about a week ago I posted that my xbox froze up and wouldnt work.. I called they said i had to send them $80 to have it fix cuz its out of warrinty. So i did research and found websites that said same thing happened to them and they kept on calling can kept on and played dumb and did research and told the people that they did research and people have had this problem before. The person on the phone if nice would put you under Warrinty and then you just send your xbox in and it comes back with in 3 days or so.. really get service.. hope this helps.. just got mine back.. works prefect and it was all free.Tags: None -

Even though I used my Circuit City warranty ($25) to return my defective Xbox w/ no questions asked, I am replying 'cause I think it's really cool that you took the time to post that story.
Whether its with a gaming co. or any electronic, you'd be surprised what you can get if you call (or keep calling) and get someone nice in customer service to help you out.
