MechAssualt 2: Lone Wolf XBOX

I picked this game up today for $12.00 new since I never played it when it was originally released. It was the Limited Edition that I found at Sears since they were clearing out a lot of PS2 and XBOX games.



I really like it and think it's one of the better looking games on the xbox. The gameplay is really cool and the game controls well. It's funny that the destruction of the buildings on this game reminds of the destruction of buildings on The Outfit for the 360, except with this one here you have rubble once the building has come down.

After playing this game, I can't wait for Chromehounds.

This isn't BC for the 360 is it? If it is, I might have to holler at that joint. Raining too much for me to give a try with my car. It's been acting up lately and I'm trying to be cautios.

It isn't BC. MA1 or 2 aren't which is surprising when they are MS games.

I hated part 2, liked part 1 so much more. FYI, every copy of part 2 was a Limited Edition.

Too funny that they did that. The more I play this I think that the first MechAssault was a better game overall. I am still having fun with this game and it feels like at some parts that the difficulty can get tough.

I hope that Chromehounds turns out to be good by SEGA. It's slated to release in June. I used to love the old MechWarrior game on the SNES which was a spin off of the MechWarrior series from the PC. It was a cool game where you went on missions trying to clean up planets from an evil power around the world by customizing your mech before each battle from what I could remember. It was a fun game.

From what I've read MechAssault 2 didn't sell as well as Microsoft hoped it would, so we might not see a MA3 on the 360. Chromehounds might be the only mech game out for the 360 for a while.

A lot of the games M$ didn't sale. It's because they didn't finish the games as well as they should have. Spend a few extra months adding and tweaking and it probably would have sold. What's the difference between the 2 installments? I'm so curious because I haven't gotten into the 1st one as much as I wanted. Graphics are rough since I've been 360ing it for the past few months nonstop.
