E3: Sonic The Hedgehog first impressions

Not quite the MGS4 or Halo 3 in terms of hype, but I'm really looking forward to this game.

Seems Sega is going back to the roots with blazing fast and frantic gameplay, which was killer on the 16-bit consoles and I'm hoping translates well here.

Is this title for both PS3 and 360 or one of the exclusive SEGA titles for PS3?

It's coming out for both the Playstation 3 and XBOX 360, per a prior article on the game from IGN.

I want to like this game, but after the disaster that has been Sonic in 3D over the past few years I can't fall into the hype. It looks ok right now, the visuals are nice (though I prefer the settings from the 16 bit games over the more realistic ones) and the game moves fast. Sega has had a real problem with camera angles in the past and a tendency to throw in too many platform elements, hopefully they stay away from that stuff here.
