I had one, Loved Road Rash and Need for Speed -

I had one too. Saved up the cash and spent some 600 bucks for it. The worst purchase decision I ever made....although oddly I do look back fondly on Road Rash and Way of the Warrior. Kicking butt and taking names to White Zombie in a mortal kombat knockoff had its moments.Comment

I remember the NEO GEO was around that price as well. With those gigantoid controllers as well. Makes the XBOX1's original controller look like a mouse.http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: Anyone remember 3do??
Yeah I bought one for $700 when they released, and I bought everything with it. Street Fighter, Need for Speed, that quasi-strategy game where you'd use tanks and helicopters in split screen...Madden, Slam n Jam, you name it. It was a hell of a system at the time, and I was in the Navy so I took it on the ship with me and we had an absolute blast.
It flopped so fast that by the time I came back from deployment it was discontinued, it seemed...Comment
