It is fun. I got home and played for about an hour. Got through the first world, didn't get the 3 big coins on all levels though, I think I missed two of the levels. It's definitely fun, old school Mario.

It is fun. I got home and played for about an hour. Got through the first world, didn't get the 3 big coins on all levels though, I think I missed two of the levels. It's definitely fun, old school Mario.

For level 1-1, the 3rd coin is a little tricky, but cool to find.

I found it in that one, I think it was 1-3 that I couldn't find it. the underground level. I couldn't find the 3rd one in the mini-castle either. There was a golden pipe that looked like it held a secret, but I didn't see any way into it.

Ahh, I only found 2 in both of those, and 2 in Bowser's castle. That's all I played so far. I could play this all night, this is Super Mario 3 on steriods.

Did you go to the water world on world 1 (1-A), it was pretty cool. There's sharks you gotta look out for!

I've gotten up to World 5, but I skipped over World 4. I went back to try and figure out how to get to the cannon in World 1 but I can't figure it out. I ended up getting a bunch of coins thoug. Seriously thoug, I have to force myself to stop playing because my thumbs and I'm supposed to play Golf tomorrow.

Also, just by screwing around I figured out how to play as Luigi, if you don't want to know then stop reading..........





.......you simply hold the shoulder buttons in and press A when loading a saved game. Then you hear Luigi say his name. I was a little dissapointed that he didn't have his unique jump but its a cool little novelty. He plays exactly as Mario and even if you save the game as Luigi you have to re-input the code when selecting your game to use him again. Any power-ups you have as Mario carry over when you select Luigi and vice versa.

In that room is a big coin and a door, don't go in the door, instead go to the upper right, it will take you in another room. This is where you have to have the blue shell, with it break some blocks and go through a pipe, you end up at a flag and the canon road opens.

Played a ton last night, and reading some of the stuff here, and the stuff I did last night, this game is totally old school. I love it!

Yeah, I ended up finding that room but didn't have shell Mario so I had to go back. Also, I'm almost positive I know how to get to World 4 but I haven't been successful at my attempt. I noticed when you beat World 2 and Mario chases Boweser Jr there is a gap in the pathway that Mini Mario/Luigi could probably fit through. I have only tried a couple times but I've died when trying to defeat the World 2 boss as Mini Mario. Its a pain to hit him as you have to butt-stomp. I haven't had time to play this weekend but I'll get back at it tomorrow. I refuse to play World 5 before World 4, it just wouldn't be right.

LOL, I beat world 5 without realizing that I skipped world 4. I had to go back and figure out how to unlock world 4. I finally got there, it's a pretty fun world.
