Yuna will not be in XIII as XIII is a completely different setting, as is the case with every Final Fantasy game. The only games that share the same setting and some of the same characters are: Final Fantasy X and X-2 (pronounced Ten-Two); Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy: Dirge of Cerberus (not yet released); and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Final Fantasy XII (not yet released). I imagine the Crystal Chronicles series for the Nintendo consoles also takes place in the same world, there are also Final Fantasy VII mobile games available.
