I haven't tried setting up a friends list on Mario Kart, but I'm extremely interested in doing so. This game is absolutely 100% addicting online. Last night, not one but both of my legs fell asleep while playing MK on the can. Too much info I know, but it's cool as heck you can play online virtually anywhere in your home.

Dan i know the feeling this happened to me while playing Field Commander(PSP) on the can both my legs fell asleep also.But to get to MK i am going to pick up the DS lite and MK so i guess i going to have the same problem when i get MK as well.So i would say thats a good thing it means the game is good

Well I went and traded in the old DS to get the new one on Sunday. I also picked up 3 more DS games while I was there, Trauma Center, Super Mario 64, and World Championship Poker. I'm still looking for Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney. I haven't found that one anywhere yet. I also picked up a screen protector for the DS Lite. How hard are they to install?

Sold Animal Crossing on eBay today b/c Advance Wars Dual Strike will consume my time. Considering selling Tetris and Mario Kart as well.

I just picked up the New Super Mario Brothers at EB. They got the DS Lite on display, and I got to play the first 2 levels. While theyre very easy, it was alot of fun. The DS Lite felt really lite, and was really really bright. I'm really looking forward to Sunday now. I'm going to buy the DS Lite, and probably Mario Kart.

FYE has Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney available for pre-order (comes out 6/14) for 29.99, for those who care. I'll probably sign up later today/this week, sounds like a pretty unique/fun game.

Are they doing a legit re-release of PW or is FYE getting a mass quantity from somewhere. Just seems odd that EB/Gamestop and other retailers don't mention anything about PW this month... only the sequel, which is slated for January.

I hope this is being re-released though... being able to scream "I Object!" into my DS mic and actually having a response from the game sounds extremely cool!

And supplies are way too limited of this game.

Do it in the bathroom with the shower running hot water so the place is completely steamed.

For added comedy relief, do it with the lights off.

What's the point of the screen protecter? I've had a DS for a year and a half, never needed it or saw the need. My screen is fine, just looked as well. Is the DS Lite screen easier to be scratched or something?

The screen for my DS has little marks on it that are only visible when the unit is off. I blame that stupid Kirby game. I imagine the screens for the Lite are just durable.

Also, apparently IGN recommends the Lite over the original model enough to warrant the price of an upgrade. I can't see myself upgrading so long as my original DS plays games just fine, but I know some people here were curious to know.

I worry that my wife will scratch up the touch screen. LOL
