Oh well, I'll be enjoying my PS2, 360, DS Lite, and if I decide to get a Wii for a long time. It appears that they are just going to seal their fate with this one.

What about blockbuster!!! They make a killing on renting out games, but i guess this is no more.

As if the 600 dollar price point wasnt enough, Sony just keeps turning gamers away from their system. Whats next, games will be 89.99?

If this turns out to be true they can count me out as a customer. What am I suppose to do with my old games just keep them? I play sports games so when the current one comes out i sell the previous one back to the store to purchase the new one. whoever thought of this at Sony will be fired hopefully.

This cant turn out to be true... although I doubt it is, if so, its a system killer for me and Im a Sony fanboy.

Not only would this kill re-sales but also kill the idea of me going over to a buddy's house and bringing my new game that I just picked up or even letting a friend borrow a game Im no longer playing.

Again, there's no way this could turn out to be true.

There's no way I will believe that (unless Sony confirms it to be true). That'll be a suicide move for Sony. Where did they even get this info from?

I find that hard to believe especially from those sites listed as sources.

yeah this can't be true. If anything they make more money having poeple trade in games so that they can get a new one. Kids buy used games all day long, they are just cutting out customers doing this.
