*Game Concept* A GI Joe Game Using The Oufit Engine.

So not to date myself and sound like a dork, but no good GI Joe game was ever really made which got me thinking. I love The Outfit for the 360, how awesome would the game be with the GI Joe license. I thought THQ had the license already but I could be wrong. I think its a great idea.

I had a blast playing The Outfit with my roomate on my new HD 52" TV. A one day rental at Hollywood, a Papa Johns pizza, and 8 straight hours of that game was a good day.

I think the XBL multiplayer is better then Halo, Graw, PDZ. The split screen is awesome offline as well. We system linked to 360's for a 2 on 2 and it was the most multiplayer fun I had since halo 1.

It would be cool to bring back those characters for a game. I am going to really go out on a dork limb here and say I was looking forward to the He-Man game for the Xbox that they cancelled. 80s cartoons were great.

I wouldn't mind the outfit gameplay engine mixed with say the Tomb Raider graphics engine.

The thing about The Outfit people who didnt give the game a chance, in an 8 player game there is literally over hundreds of troops on a multiplayer map. There is no game like it.

I just got The Outfit for $39.99 yesterday, I've pkayed the game for about 10 hours now and I'm loving it. Plus there seems to be a lot of people playing on live still.

I agree with USF; a lot of people didn't give the game a chance, and I seriously doubt most of the game's detractors actually even played it.

I downloaded the game again today. It's actually alot better than I first thought. Calling air strikes and positioning your recruits is pretty cool. I played split screen with my brother and we had a blast. He's not even into games either. I'll probably pick this game up soon. And yes it would be great to have a GI Joe game off this engine. Just do alot more to the environments ect.

Also, I want Cliffy B and Epic to do a Transformers game for 360 after Gears of War.

You know what, I was thinking of a Voltron type of game. I even thought of there being a Power Rangers type of game to come out. I'd jump on something like that. Don't kill this flow but just to be involved in a storyline that was difficult. I wish there were concepts out there. Heck, they need to start a new type of video game franchise or something for crying out loud. Something not before seen.......

On another note, I'm going to give this Outfit game a try. I've heard great things about this game. Ever since Major Nelson spoke about it. I'd love to get my girl into this type of game or at least one of my brothers. Sucks to have no money and nobody to play with. I'm really thinking about getting XBOX Live but dang I'd be so broke trying to get games.

I've been dreaming about a GI Joe games for decades now. NES had one but it sucked. Ever since then, the possibilities would be mind blowing for a good game. I was thinking more like XMen Legends so you could play with 4 guys simaltaneously. Even having a game like the outfit might work. Just think of the wonderfull boss battles you would have. Destro and Scarlet, Cobra Commander, Serpentor, those evil Twins who finished eachothers sentences, etc. All the vehicles you could drive!! My gawd, the game would be monumental. My guess is devs dont feel like shelling out the cash to Hasbro for the license.
