2nd year for sports on 360. I promised myself I wouldn't miss out on the 2nd year of sports for the next gen. And if I wait for a PS3, I most likely will miss out... Sooo... I'll just cop a 360 for now.

So anyways, what all do I need? Right now this is what I've come up with:

360 Gamma Bundle (EBGames) comes with...
Console
2 wireless controllers
HD AV cable
XBOX Live Headset
Universal Media Remote
Play N' Charge Kit

$500

2 Games so now I'm at like $630.

Is their anything else I NEED? Is this Gamma Bundle worth it? I'll be playing NBA 2k7, NCAA 07, and Oblivion. Do I need this Gamma Bundle?

Wait I just fell off my chair, your getting a 360 , that seems like a good deal and thats really all you would need, before you purchase it, I would try ebay, there are a lot of good deals out there.

Ebay is crazy right now. Even Core systems are going for like 275 US.

I would buy your games off of ebay or look in the newspaper for the available games for sale at your local CC or Fry's. I have yet to buy a game full price. I think this is the best way to go.

yep, I started using gamefly just because the high price tags. Now Ive played almost everygame, and Im glad I didn't buy half of them for 60 bucks. I bought GRAW for $48 at Fryes and COD2 in December for $50.

OMG, did I just read ICT is joining the dark side, wait a minute I just fell off my chair as well.

ICT that Gamma deal sounds good, and don't forget the EB extended warranty unless you plan on using Microsoft. Does that deal include 2 headsets? I ask because the premium 360 comes with a headset and Component cables.

If you have a Sams Club membership go there and get their 360 bundle. You get all of that minus the media remote for $449.99 before tax. You can pick up the remote for less than the $50 you will be saving.

I have Sam's Club membership. That looks like a deal. I totally forgot I had Gamefly available, so I prolly might not buy a game til NCAA comes out.

It'll be another 2 weeks til I actually cop the system though so I gots plenty of time to figure out a plan.

EDIT: Gonna put up my Xbox on Ebay. It has 2 games, 2 controllers, and component cables. Hopefully I can pull $120 off that?
