Diablo 2: Anyone still playing it?

A friend and I are talking about getting back into Diablo 2. I did some searching and found the game last night, but can't find my LoD expansion disc.

Is anyone still playing this game? I literally haven't played for years and am curious about what changes have taken place since the patch that made the game noticeably more difficult.

Also, what types of classes are good/fun lately?

I'd love to find my LoD expansion disc, but I am afraid I may end up having to buy it again..

My wife has been begging me to get back into that game lately too.

I'm the reverse: I can't find my Diablo 2 disc, but I DO have my LoD disc.

It seems both games are $19.99.. It's frustrating because I know I didn't get rid of the game, but I also have no idea where I put it. It's one of those things that you move something thinking it's a good spot at the time, but later on, have no idea where the spot was, heh.

I think I will get back into it.. I'd just prefer not having to fork over $20 to do so.

I packed it in around 2001.

Awesome game though that I completed numerous times.

Shameless bump but I'm reinstalling d2 for old times sake and have a problem. I've found my LoD disc but don't seem to have the cd case anymore with that serial number thing on it. Is there any way to find it on the cd or anything?
