hard as hell for the last Los Carnales mission. What you have to key in on is the guys with rocket launchers on the ground, forget about the cars following you. I used the unlimited rockets and eventually (like after a billion tries) got good at aiming. All the rocket launcher guys stand right next to explosive barrels, so if you hit those then you kill the guy.
Look at the guy on the left corner of the roof right after the start of the mission, then look at the guy on the ground....next you circle around the building towards the jump, you need to hit the guy who's on top of the metal crate type things a little to the right of the ramp. Then you'll break through the gates and come up towards the ramp that jumps over the building, look to blow up any guy on the building next.
That should take care of the rocket guys, and there's a bit of leeway (don't always have to kill a guy exactly at the point mentioned, but if you get hit by too many rockets you die).
After that the guy driving should go after the plane, just rocket it 3 times (I think) and it's over.
Imagine taking out all rocket guys and then missing enough on the plane (only hitting it twice) and having it take off. Took me 20ish more times after that to blow up the damn plane, i was ready to break ish in half lol.
Hope that helped you out, let me know if you need any more info. Also, i've read on GameFAQS that some people have more luck setting off the barrels to kill the rocket guys using the AK-47 type gun, but I personally liked the rockets.
