    If microsoft said they want the 360 in everyones living room to be an all in one entertainment hub then it should be able to stay on along time for many years before they burn out . Like i mean you dont go get a new tv or dvd every other year. Because there made to with stand the every day use . Is the 360 going to be able to with stand the every day use being used for gameing , dvd , ect.....

      I haven't had any problems with mine and I run it for hours. I use the extender function extensivley and it has pretty much replaced my Tivo.

            My launch system lasted six months. Just got the replacement last Thursday... so far, so good... three days and counting.
