    Headset Problem

Hey guys, I've recently started to play more and more games online for the 360, and I noticed a problem that I am having with my headset.

When I have the settings configured so that other people's voices will come through my headset, I can't hear anything, even when people are talking. The same thing occurs when I set it up to come through both the speakers and my headset. When I change the settings so that the voices come through my TV speakers, it works, but the voices are unclear and I have to turn the volume on my TV up alot.

Has anyone else had this problem? and can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Well, 1st thing.. is the volume on the headset turned up? And the next thing, unplug the headset and then plug it back in. Hope that works.

It may be messed up, my friend had that problem and had MS send him a new headset.

Yea, I've tried messing with the headset, all my settings, everything I could think of.

I'll probably end up having to do this, or just buy a new one.

Not being able to hear really ruins some of the fun on Live. When I played GRAW for the first time online a few days ago with some of the guys here at OS, I couldn't hear anything, and communication is a big part of that game.

Call MS first before you buy a new one, they will probably give you one for free.
