do any of you guys hate the fact the companies buy other companies? I think it's horrible! It's ridiculous, the diversity fades away.

Take-two should prevent both EA and microsoft from buying them out. Let some other company compete, so we have more diversity in gaming.

I'm saddened that none of you have brought this up.

I like the idea of capitalism in that you are free to make your own business, but I think we should have more fair competition. I just think it sucks that the number of companies get smaller and smaller, and pretty soon, EA might be the only gaming company around.

Oh well, I'll just quit, and you guys can have fun with EA in the future if that ever happens.

Guys your missing the point. TTWO will be bought out because at its current rate it will be bankrupt. TTWO put themselves into this position because its one of the worst run companies in the entire stock market.

I don't think they are, speculation in the stock market is Midway or Viacom would be at the top of the list.

EA doesnt need TTWO, EA doesnt make M rated games, so why would they want the negative press of GTA.

don't think MS wants any sports games...they sold the ones they had off for a reason.

The sports that they had were bad and didn't sell, that's why they sold them.

Actually, any firm that wants to get into the video game industry and with enough capital can purchase Take Two. Maybe Disney, you never know.

I'm saddened that none of you have brought this up.

Happens in every facet of life regardless of the company you work for. It's happened to me twice already in the 3 jobs I've held since graduating from college.

Those with more money will always thrive.

TTWO put themselves into this position because its one of the worst run companies in the entire stock market.

If it was as bad as you say, it would've been out of business a long time ago.

Without the success of GTA I have no doubt TTWO would be nonexistent right now.

I've just realized who could take T2 under their arms. UBISOFT!! That would be great. Since they're doing well, I think they could really make good moves. By the way, I heard that Bono was considering taking over T2 and stuff. EA and Microsoft are not, I REPEAT, ARE NOT the primary shoppers. I think EA likes the competition (to a certain extent) and Microsoft is trying to make money. What's Bono's company?? There was an article on Gamespot about this a while ago this year.......
