To me, for single player, Condemned is still the best game on the 360. Fantastic story, amazing graphics, and it just grips you like no other 360 game has in a long time. For my money, the best 360 games are Condemned, GRAW, and COD2.

Totally agree about Condemned.
I would say Oblivion, GRAW, Condemned and then COD2.

Yeah i totally agree with condemned also the only thing is it is kind of short other wise i really liked the game.The same goes for the other games you guys are talking about.Oblivion great LONG game. COD2(my fav)GRAW FN3 NBA2K6(love it)and now LOTR(Having a blast playing it)can't forget Hitman (good but alittle short) and Tomb Raider was good also

I picked up Condemned today, and sweet JEEBUS is it creepy. Honestly, I think i've jumped about 10 times alone just seeing my shadow in the game, haha. The game is incredibly atmospheric and, well, creepy as I said before. Thanks for the recommendation guys, GREAT pick up.

I also rented Call Of Duty 2 at Blockbuster, and while I didn't have much time to play it earlier, it's a blast to play. The very end of the second mission where you blow up the Nazi building is one of the coolest videogame moments I have witnessed. The graphics are amazing obviously, and the game controls much better than the other COD's on XBOX and PS2 in my opinion. It's just very smooth.

So far, not regretting the 360 in the least, and with NCAA coming out Tuesday, I am one HAPPY 360 owner

Well after waiting months, I finally garnered up the courage to drop the XBOX and PS2 and pick up the 360. Got 200 bucks in trade ins total from the XBOX and PS2 consoles, along with the "any 3 games for 10 dollars store credit" offer. So, after picking up the Premium pack, Table Tennis, and FIFA 2006, along with the battery charger for the controller, I spent about 300.

I'm pondering now what else to pick up. I have about another 100 as of right now I could afford to spend on games, and in a week or two, another couple hundred or so. I know on Tuesday i'm picking up NCAA 07, but other than that, I have no idea. I thought about COD2, but with the price still at 60 bucks, I think i'll wait. Any advice on another game? I've seriously thought about Condemned as well, how is that?

I agree with the blowing up of the Nazi building being one of the coolest videogame moments. COD2 singleplayer is alot of fun, it and Condemned are probably 2 of my favorite games. Oblivion is another, though Im not a big RPG guy, I still enjoy playing it.

I don't think you can pick between COD2 and Condemned. They are both their own seperate experiences, so you just need to get both
