How much does it cost to change your XBL gamertag,when I first signed up for XBL I mistakenly left off the "A" in Mrcabone,it now reads Mrcbone.Also how do I go about changing it?

If I'm not mistaken it costs 800 ms points. As far as how...I'm not really sure on that (sorry). While we're on the subject how do I clear the players who I met while playing a multiplayer demo. It still shows them as met 56 days ago. Do they eventually drop from my queue after XX amount of days or is their a way of clearing it manually?
