Shadow of the Colossus and Sly 3 both GH titles and CC has them on sale 2 for $30.

I heard the GH prices go into effect 8/6 after the sale.

What is this current gen you speak of?

Current gen was first ushered with the release of the SEGA Dreamcast. PS2, Gamecube, & XBOX are part of the current generation of consoles.

While the 360, Wii, & PS3 are the next gen of consoles.

I can't believe this lack of love for current gen. I have my 360, but my most anticipated game this fall is none other then 'Final Fantasy XII' on PS2.

I'm also anticipating:

Xenosaga Episode III (PS2)
Rogue Galaxy (PS2)
Super Paper Mario (GC)
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GC...if I don't pick up a Wii right of the bat)

I'll also rent God of War 2, though I definately won't purchase it (the first one was far too short).

I agree with this, wasn't the last PSOne game only made just early last year? I can see the PS2 being a viable console right on up to early '09.

That's some damn pretty cover art. I know it's not a big deal, but look at the pre-rendered Tidus cover for FFX and the trio chicks for FFX-2 and this looks awesome! Love the classy hand drawn look.

If you go to ebgames, there are 34 titles expected by the end of the year for the Cube. If they make it good, if they don't o well.

Yeah, the Collector's Edition looks very nice. I think it's the best case/cover art for one of their FF games yet.

I haven't played it but the reviews have been good to very good. It's from the same people who made ICO, and that game i've still have. ICO is a one of a kind game.
