My memory cards = dead
Both of them. That's where I had my XBL account. I don't get it. I go to the dashboard, system and memory and evne with both memory cards connected to their sockets, it says that no storage device is connected.

Shouldn't have to get a new XBL account. You should be able to recover it, using the recover XBL account feature.Originally posted by VinceBoth of them. That's where I had my XBL account. I just remembered that I backed up my **** with when I got the transfer kit, so I'm covered with that.
I just bought a new card from EBgames last week. I wonder if I can get a refund.Comment

Re: My memory cards = dead
You sure it's the card, and not the Xbox? Almost sounds like the hardware that reads the card isn't working. It's rare that Memory cards go bad, from my experience, I can't imagine two going bad at the same time.Originally posted by VinceI just remembered that I backed up my **** with when I got the transfer kit, so I'm covered with that.

Nah, BK...
When I put the cards in my Transfer Kit, they don't recognize them.
EDIT: Thank god they work this morning. I decided to give it one last ditch effort and lo and behold it works!Comment
