I've read a few reviews after visiting gamerankings.com on the DS version and for the most part the levels and features are the same from what I have read. Apparently there may be a couple boards that are DS exclusive but the game is supposed to be very similar.

However, the reviews have been very critical of glitches in the game. I guess some boards have spots where enemies can get stuck and constantly respawn in the same spot. There are also issues of major clipping and objects just disappearing. Poor camera angles (at times) have been mentioned but I think that's a complaint on all versions. One other issue they bring up is that on some boards friendly fire leads to a teammate shooting you in the back. Some reviewers have said these glitches really don't affect gameplay a great deal and forgive them. Others like gamespot said they would have easily given it at least 3.5/5 but instead give it a 2/5.

I played the 360 version over the weekend at a friend's place and picked up the Xbox version yesterday and the games are identical outside of the graphics being better on the 360. Loved the first edition and II is even more fun.

Most areas, as you're probably aware, require you to visit the area again once you have obtained certain characters.

I picked the game up Sunday and am loving it. I don't think its a gripe, but I definitely get the feeling of just running around for the sake of running around, but the objectives are pretty clear and simple. I love the humor in the game. I've laughed out loud several times already and just finished the first episode this evening.

I do have one question. What do you do in the character bonus missions?

Was wondering the same thing. I haven't investigated yet.
