X-box to 360 MVP Rosters?

Hey guys. I just got the 360 a couple nights ago, and I am still in love with MVP so I wanna play. I didn't get the Hard Drive yet, that's later in the week. Anyone know if I can bring my rosters and settings over from MVP 2005 to the 360? Thanks in advance.

MVP isnt BC, so it won't work on 360.

Full MLB/AAA/AA/A Rosters, Real Uniforms, Real Stadiums, Progression Fix, Updated 2006 Schedule, Customized Overlays, Real Cyberfaces...the list goes on.
