Enter a free tournament in single player. Doesn't cost anything and you can win a couple hundred if you come in 3rd place and more for 2nd and 1st.Comment

Re: XBLA Texas Hold'em Game Set-Up Thread
I won that one on a bit of luck. Skill got me to the heads up with the chip lead, he nickle and dimed me down a bit (still had the lead), and eventually he went all in. I called with a A-10 suited, he had a A-J or A-Q. I caught a 10, and busted him.
Also, some people went all-in somewhat early in that tourney, but it was the free competitive one. You don't pay a buy in for the lowest level. I won 2000 (I think) for finishing 1st, so now my bankroll is 4000, and I can pay to enter the 2nd level one, which should be a pretty damn good game, cause that 4000 buyin isn't necessarily easy to make.
The competitive bankroll is separate from the offline bankroll, which is also separate from the general online bankroll.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: XBLA Texas Hold'em Game Set-Up Thread
fun to shoot the ish with OS'ers, plus poker in general is fun...I even played a Competitive tourney (all randoms). I enjoyed that, no one talked, but i didn't mind (talking to all the random people i've found to be "eh" unless it's as teammates).
