I read on IGN that Microsoft is going to announce a new brand of games titled "Games for Windows" does anyone know anything about this? Do you think we will see a new version of High Heat?

Speculation on my part...

I think Games for Windows will be to Vista what Xbox Live Arcade is to the 360 since it has been pretty successful.

As long as Vista has Microsoft Online Backgammon like XP, I'll be happy. I'm addicted to Online Backgammon through XP.

I think Games for Windows will be to Vista what Xbox Live Arcade is to the 360 since it has been pretty successful.

They also announced a new program in Germany where certain games from the PC will be ported over to the 360. I hope Flight Simulator 360 is in their plans.

also, Computer gaming world magazine will soon have it's name changed to games for windows magazine. Microsoft and Ziff-Davis have a greement over this that was announced a couple of weeks ago. The CGW team talked about it on their podcast a couple of weeks ago.
