I find the IGN and Gamespot podcasts to be pretty dull. I'm not even sure if IGN even has a weekly podcast. I only find console specific one's which aren't weekly.
I enjoy Major Nelson. Even though he works for Microsoft, he still talks about the other companies.
But the best podcast is 1UP Yours. It's very lively and I like the format. They always start off with What Are You Playing and then talk about the news and discuss hot topics on the message board. Guests will drop by from time to time. They have recently had people from Gears of War and Sega drop by. The bickering between the hosts is pretty entertaining (especially Luke vs. everybody else).
