Nope, not enough interest to justify the price, especially since gta and guitar hero are coming to the 360. Not paying $500-600 just to play baseball

No, 360 is good enough for me. Very happy with it so far, plus the fact that Sony is charging for demos, and various other bonehead moves by them.

and the soccer games being 360 exclusive doesn't help the ps3 cause.

the only reasons i would buy ps3 is MLB: The Show and MGS4. thats it.

Well I had planned to get a PS3 when it came out but when I read that Sony was going to charge $100 million dollars for each PS3 and have really no compelling games out on launch day I backed away from the idea. Then today after reading about the overheating issues on the display models I think it pretty much solidifies the choice to abstain at launch. As it is now i'll take a wait-and-see approach.

not at launch will let all the sytems "bugs " get worked out first,and the big thing for me is if mlb the show,is on ps3,and plays like it does this year...then I am in hook line and sinker..or fastball....

Totally agree with that last sentence. Hopefully 989 will continue support for my PSP and PS2.

I am going to get a 360 in the coming months, and my answer to this question is HELL NO. All my life I have been nothing but a loyaly Sony customer, but the PS3 is the last straw. Sony has sold out their consumers, and Im not going to be aboard that titanic when the iceberg is in site.

No, as a college kid constantly crunching the numbers and living on a budget there is no way I could justify a $600-800 purchase. First, I don't have that kind of money to spend and even if I did I know of better things to spend it on. So that's no PS3 for me.

It would be difficult to overstate how little interest I have in the PS3. I won't get one now or in the future.

I won't be getting one. I love the 360, even though mine is currently being repaired. I mostly only play sports games so I'm not too worried about exclusives. And the exclusives I do play are xbox ones.
