they are having a deal where you trade in 2 used games and get a new one free. I just read about this, here is an example.

Thanks Ny this is the best deal, better than the one from toysrus. After calling all the FYE's in my area I final found one that did have this deal. I went to mall and gamestop is right across from FYE in eye sight. Gamestop has a deal buy 2 used get 3rd free. So I bought 2 copies of Madden06 and got a 3rd copy of Madden06 for free total $30. I left gamestop and went right to fye and traded in 2 Madden's, total $59.99, for a brand new copy of nba 2k7. At fye I had to pay $3 tax. So I paid a total of $33 for Nba 2k7 and I have a copy of madden06 that I am also going to sell to fye or I might just buy one more madden06 and get a $59.99 store credit for GOW.

Dallas, thanks buddy on this awesome deal.

I went to Gamestop and bought LIVe06, MAdden06, CH06, NBA2K6, Ridge6, and NHL2K6 paying about $70 after the buy 2 get 1 free deal. There are no restrictions either.

I then took that to the FYE near me and traded all 6 games in for Marvel:UA, Saint's Row, and Elder's Scroll. I paid tax only for all 3 of these games, which cost me a total of about $83 with what I spent at Gamestop. I guess this deal is a bit better than the one from TRU.

With FYE, they told me when I asked, as long as the games are sealed and I keep the receipt I can exchange them at anytime so I'll be holding on to SR and ES as exchange bait for when 2 games come out next month and then MUA is going back to Best Buy where I bought it earlier in the week.

This is a very good deal and I'm almost tempted to go get 6 more games at Gamestop to trade in at FYE. That would be one heck of deal by getting 6 360 games at $170 as opposed to $360. Then using those 6 games as exchange bait for future games coming at FYE or Wallyworld.

I saw this earlier and I think I'm going to take advantage of it as well...The mall by work has a gamestop and FYE....I'm sure there is a used game that I want to play at gamestop, and then buy another and get one free....and use those two to trade in....works for me!

Hmm... funny, I do have an F.Y.E. by me now that I'm at SDSU. Though I don't ever recall them having video games there...

Does it matter which video games? Can they be very old? Also, are receipts required? And how long does this last?

All your doing is trading in 2 old 360 games for a brand new game. There are no exclusions either. I'm tempted to go buy 6 more 360 games over at Gamestop with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal and trade them in at FYE. Look at the crap I bought from Gamestop in the thread earlier and then traded in over at FYE.

This has got to be the best deal...so everyone is practically saying that I could get 6 used games at 80 ($20 a piece (Buy 2 get 1 Free)) and trade those in for 3 Brand New 360 games ($60 a piece) thats a $100 savings...I can't wait until tomorrow... Did I also hear you could save the reciept and trade it for a newer game within 30 days....WOW

Yup, it worked for me today. There are $14.99 360 games like Madden 06 also that you can use.
