    Medevil 2:Total War...

Anyone plan on picking this one up? Comes out on the 14th(USA) if I'm not mistaken. It's already out in the UK and supposedly it's getting fantastic reviews. I guess the single player campaign mode is HUGE, spanning a total of five centuries. Thoughts?

How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl year after year. Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Wish you were here.

Definitely getting it. I've played every version in this series so far and it keeps amazing me. This version is supposed to be the deepest in terms of diplomatic relations. The Medieval period is definitely the most interesting to me.

I've been playing RTW in anticipation of this coming out. What a great series. The one thing I really hope they add is more AI on the campaign map and with diplomacy. There isn't much you can do in the previous game in terms of diplomacy. Although I guess it works for Roman diplomacy that was often "do this for Rome or else"

I've spent more time on MTW and Rome than most of my other game combined. I can hardly wait...I just hope my computer can keep up with it. I had no problem running Rome so time will tell.

If you had no trouble running Rome, I see no reason you running M2TW either because, I think they use the same graphics engine.

Anyone else get this? I played this last night. The detail in combat is JACKED up. Much better graphics.

I started a Grand Campaign as the English. Only played about 2 hours so I dont' have a solid opinion yet. Veterans of the series will be comfortable with this however.

Rome Total War has one of the best tutorials I have ever seen for any game. You don't need to be a Total War vet to enjoy the game as the tutorials help with the learning curve.
