I DL'd a roster file to my HD so now how can I easily get it to my 360 memory card using transfer kit???

You don't need a transfer kit for that, just go to the blade on the dashboard and copy it from there.

I mean I DL'd a roster file to my PC . I can find it, but don't know how to get it on my memory card. Codejunkies said it was easy. I'm new to this. Thanks for your time Bro.

Ahh ok...well check out the rosters area on here (Go to Madden rosters, or NCAA rosters, any of the sports games rosters rooms) and look at the stickies as there are tutorials there that should be able to help you.
