Resistance PS3 Impressions

Probably gonna pick up this game tomorrow or Monday. Its gotten the best reviews out of all of the launch games. Does anyone have any thoughts about it?

Apparently I'm the only one who has it. Through a half hour...I'm pleased. It seems like a fun game....but like everyone has said..it doesnt really wow you. It just takes the best aspects from most other FPS games and uses them.

I cant comment on the graphics as of yet because I'm only hooked up to my regular TV while I wait on my HDMI cables but it looks good so far.

On Normal this game is quite a challenge. I'm having some fun with this game but thus far its not something I'd say every PS3 owner has to have.

Yeah I got it. It's ok not something that you gotta have. I guess if you want a fps then it be worth getting but I haven't been wowed yet. I know one thing, it is a pretty tough game to play on the medium level.

You will love "Manchester, the path of least resisitance" its an awesome battle and smarter AI. Boat loads of things going on. As you progress the graphics gets amazing especially the alien architecture(sp?) just simply stunning. I'm almost finished with the game, very engrossing story. If you get the opportunity go online, their are some great battles going on.

Its crazy how the game starts out looking like COD and changes dramatically. Have fun with the game,

How long did the game take to finish BB? I'm thinking of either buying this or RR7. I know I can be entertained with RR7 for months before something else comes out.

about 12-16hrs. its a mix of run & gun and stop & pop. Very entertaining.

BB did you get RR7? You say 12-16 hours is that on easy or normal cause I hear the game is tough? Lastly does it have replay value and have you tried it online yet?

12 - 16 on normal, replay value, is tied online, however their are some hidden clues 4 R & C on the next level, I was told. No RP7 4 me, not a fan.

BB I played it today at my local EB and it does seem like a real good game. I might get this and RR7 after all.
