    Wolfenstien 3D

Anyone remember this game. I think it is much better than Doom, and I would love to play it again. Though I have no idea where to buy one for my PC. All I know if is a gameboy advance version, and Atari Jaguar version, and a floppy disk version? Any ideas?

Oh and are there any other games in POV such as Doom or Wolfenstien?

Great game, I enjoyed it much more than Doom as well, even though it did give me a headache if I ever played it for an extended period of time.I'm sure you can find it on a website somewhere to play, they have sites with old NES, SNES games, I'm sure Wolfenstein 3D is somewhere, try to google it.

There`s a free Wolfenstein game you can play on your PC called Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Thousands are playing it. It is online multiplayer ONLY but its also FREE. Personally, I don`t really like it that much because the game plays way too fast but a lot of people play it and again, it doesn`t cost a dime to play it.

Just to name a few old-school PC FPS games that I remember:
          • Duke Nukem 3D
          • Heretic
          • Quake
          • Hexen
          • Blake Stone
Of those, Duke Nukem 3D is far and away my favorite of the bunch.

On-topic, Wolfenstein I guess introduced me to the FPS genre, and PC gaming. I didn't get to play it until Ultimate Doom and Duke Nukem 3D were close to coming out, though, so I never got too into it. Then I proceeded to play and mod Duke 3D for eight years, waiting for its vaporware sequel (Duke Nukem Forever, coming "when it's done").

Great game! I spent TONS of time with multiplayer in that game. I'd use my dial-up modem to connect to my buddy who also had it. 1 on 1 Duke 3D Online kicked *** back in the day!
