    Datel XChange question...

I searched and could not find the old Xchange thread, thus me creating a new one. I have been attempting to download rosters for College Hoops 2k7 and NCAA Football 2007 for the past week. I can transfer files to and from the memory card with no problems, and I can transfer files to and from my HD with no problems.

The problem comes when I attempt to load my rosters from the HD. For both games it states that the roster is damaged and cannot load. I assumed it was a problem with my transfer kit, so I exchanged it for another. I then exchanged my memory card for another. Still no luck. I reformatted my hard drive. Still nothing. Reformatted the memory card. Nothing.

When I download my files I simply save (or open & extract if it is a zip file) the file to my Xchange 360 folder, and then transfer the save to my memory card. I have even backed-up the original save and re-downloaded that to the memory card. Once it is on my card I move it to my hard drive (or copy, I have tried both). It always says that the save is damaged. The strangest thing is that I can download and load Madden rosters with no problems.

After searching the net, I cannot find a solution to my problem. I believe I have tried everything. As usual, Tech Support is of no use. If anyone here has any suggestions, please feel free to let me know. I am struggling to get this thing to work. Thanks.

    Re: Datel XChange question...

I got everything to work fine on my wife's work computer. So it is obviously my home computer.

It is a Dell, and I am running XP. It should work fine. All of my drivers are installed and recognized. I notice that sometimes when I attempt to back up, it crashes the program (something to do with the .exe file).

If anyone here knows anything about computers and why I can't seem to get a basic program to work, please let me know. It has been installed and uninstalled numerous times with no luck. Thanks again.
