Those people are losers, IMHO.
A company has a right to protect its intellectual property, and should exercise its right to do so. I'm not presuming that the Wiimote infringes any patents, but I don't think it's right to blame the victim of a crime for complaining about it, unless it ends up being a frivolous case and a clear attempt to leech off Nintendo.
its simple. You sue when you see they are making money, and not any time before.

I doubt this thing will fly. I believe there are examples of "prior art" which Nintendo will probably use initially as a defense.
Funny thing; there are people setting up websites now boycotting any companies who use interlink products.
