Re: Remember back in the day...
How about John Elway Football (First time you can pass with pressing a button) or Joe Montana Football for the PC. Sega's NFL 95 Football featuring Deion Sanders. Bill Walsh College Football.
Heck how about off brand Sport titles.......
TV Sports Football and Basketball
4th and Inches by Accolade for the C64 (Love the game to death.....My friend and I use to write the stats down as we played.)
Can't remember the names of Accolade's Basketball and Baseball (loved them too)
Slam and Jam for the 3DO.Last edited by TheBadazz; 12-14-2006, 05:44 PM.Boy this habit is as bad as dope!!!

Accolades baseball was simply called "Hardball" I beleive.
I've had them all. I also have the 4 player arcade game John Elway Football. We actually still play it from time to time. The sticks need a little adjusting and the button clean but it still works.
yeah I was spoiled.
Anyways another game was Joe Montana Football for Sega CD.Last edited by Skyboxer; 12-14-2006, 06:21 PM.Joshua:

Coack K was a great game, we used to have big tournaments of that in my neighborhood. I'm still baffled by the fact that UNC was not included in that.Comment

Those Cinemaware games, TV Sports Football and TV Sports Basketball, are the direct forefathers of all the sports games we play today. When they came out, they were waaaaay ahead of their time.Shawn Drotar

Joe Montana Sports Talk Football is still my favorite sports game of all time. My friend and I would play each other in the game about every single day.
I still remember against the CPU that if you ran a sweep play and reversed field you would score every time.Member of The OS Baseball Rocket Scientists AssociationComment
