Anybody have a problem with the 360 disc tray not closing?

    Anybody have a problem with the 360 disc tray not closing?

    Ok I just finished playing a game and at first the disc tray wouldn't open and now it won't close. I didn't touch anything on the console but it still won't close. It will close for a second and then come right back out. I can't find anything about this anywhere so if anybody can help me I would appreciate it.

      Happened once...I turned it off, the tray closed and it never happened again. This happened a few months ago with NCAA.

          Well I got it to close but I had to hold the tray in and press the button. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

              Your 360 keeps thinking that its that damn low quality hood porn and its rejecting the disc.

                          I had this problem with the EX-Box, except it was sticking while out. For months, I had to give the tray a slight sideways nudge for it to retract. And it would occasionally stick while ejecting. Didn't seem to affect anything, just a mild irritant.

                          Like father, like son, I guess?

                              I normally have to fiddle with my 360's disk tray to get it to open, but closing is fine.

                              My 360 sometimes just won't open up.
