You mean 3 lights... I thought 4 lights meant you needed to plug in your AV cables.

I'm pretty sure the dead consoles flash 3 red lights. I remember my friend's 360 started flashing all 4 so we all got freaked out, but looked and noticed that one of the plugs wasn't in all the way.
