God of War

Been playing God of War and got to the point where I am fighting the singing/screaming Valkyries (the ones you break in half and the spirit comes out, past the sand stage), they continually come at me. Just wondering how far I am to the end? I can see Aries in the distance. (havent killed the Valykries yet so any tips would be welcome) thanks.

It's been awhile since I've played this game. Don't know what stage you're on but I remember the stage called The Challenge of Hades and one after called The Cliffs of Madness being near the end of the game. For tips I usually go to gamefaqs.com

Not sure where you're at, but they're sirens. Valkyries would be Norse mythology. :wink:

Ah, sirens - thanks, I couldnt remember what they were called. 85%?? wow I may be done by the time God of War 2 comes out!

Weren't all the sirens in the desert of lost souls? Execpt of course where you have to kill a bunch of them in a circle but then you see Kronos the Titan off in the distance. If you are in the desert of lost souls... it means you haven't even gotten to Pandora's temple yet, so you've got a ways to go. So I'm guessing it's a lot less than 85% completed. On another note.....if anyone wants a challenge...play this game on god mode. To this day I haven't met a single person thats beat it.

I never even finished the game on hard mode after the boss fight felt like it was a bunch of luck rather than skill.

Using your magic is key in the boss fights near the end. Strategy comes into play big time.

I am in the circle trying to kill them but they keep coming.

Any and all... there is ONE, Xmen III here in the Morehead area. I'm going to head to Lexington here shortly and pick some up. Hopefully the FYE and Suncoast stores down there will have some BD's in.
