    XBox Live issues (sports games)

I have had zero issues connecting to many of my games (Graw, GoW, R6: Vegas) but whatever reason I can never connect to Madden, NCAA, or NBA 2k7. Madden says I am unable to connect to EA's servers and that I need to be signed into XBox Live (which I am). While NCAA and NBA 2k7 say I am unable to connect or that the servers are down.

Anyone experience these problems? I can't even access roster updates so its giving me a rash.

Are you by any chance going thru a router? If so, try a direct connect.

Is there anyway to direct connect this?

I'm not sure about that particular modem/router, but there are almost always ways to connect to it to open ports among other things. Usually there is a "tech" menu where the techs of the company have access to the settings you need access to. I'd do the Xbox Live test and see what you get for NAT. (It should be OPEN) If it isn't, call your DSL provider and see if they'll give you information to connect to the settings on the router.
