"Any trend to produce programs and products--including animated films and video games--which in the name of entertainment exalt violence and portray antisocial behavior or the trivialization of human sexuality is a perversion, all the more repulsive when these programs are directed at children and adolescents,'' the pope said.
He should worry about the perversion of the ministers before he worries about movies and video games.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

He probably should tell the parents to actually look at what they're buying for their kids. It's amazing how these grown people buy a game called "Grand Theft Auto" and then get surprised by what you do in the game.

Good point. I'm not Catholic, but anything like v-games that have such a wide spread appeal coupled with the questionable content in some warrants at least ONE statement from him. And it's hard to know what he stated overall to what was reported. But, this is what he does.....I mean this is his job description!

This is the same Pope who blessed a parking lot full of Ferrari's during his second month in the position, so...

Besides, if you are Catholic and play video games you will still be alright. Just make sure to say 15 Hail Mary's and feel real bad for a while.

                  I'm kidding. Kinda.
Overall satisfaction also makes the decline!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly. Nothing wrong with what he said and its nothing earth shattering either. I would still like to know a good reason though why ministers in the Catholic faith have to be male and can't get married but that discussion would probably be against the TOS.

I don't think it's against TOS. My understanding is that it's mired in tradition. It probably dates back as far as the Pharisees (don't recall mention of those cats being married) and of course this was entirely male dominated times. Marriage was probably instituted as the notion of not being able to be devoted to a wife and God conjointly. I think for the sisterhood it's primarily a vow of a marriage to God.

Im gonna lock this up...It is video game related but this could easily turn into a religious debate.
