RB6 Clans Creation question?

Just picked up the game along with some other friends of mine. How do you go abotu setting up a clan and setting up matches with your clan all on the same team? Sorry but bored at work and doing more drooling over the game book than work.

The game does'nt have clan support. The only thing you can do is add a three character prefix to your gamertag. As far as matches go, you pretty much have to hit up other squads online I guess.
