Please Help

Does anybody know of anywhere that i could download Datel's Xchange 360 software? I got a new computer, and I found the adapter but i have misplaced the disc, any help would be appreciated.

I lost my disc that came with my Datel Xchange 360, and can't find anything online to download the software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have your old PC just copy the files over to your new computer. Here is where mine was located: C:\Program Files\Datel\XChange 360

To get the computer to register your memory card you may need to go:

Click Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware Tab>Device Manager

There will most likely be a large yellow question mark with an exclamation point near it when you find your memory unit. Right click on it and choose update driver. You may need to direct it to the install CD for the driver as in direct it to the folder not the actual CD (it may be the option to automatically search for the driver?) I don't recall if I had to do this or not.

These steps worked just fine for me on my laptop when I couldn't find the CD. There is always the huge thread with a lot of help about the Xchange somewhere here too.<!-- / message -->

I can't believe that there isn't any support for this product. No software download available on the Datel/Codejunkies site.

Has this item been discontinued??

If you can't find it, Xplorer is the next best way to go.

And is actually better than Xchange IMO.

I doubt you'll find it, I had this problem once, the reason you can't find it is they want to charge you $10 for a replacement CD. Luckily I found mine after a bit of hunting.
