How do you turn off your ps2? do you hold the reset then switch the switch or do you turn your's off another way? I also heard this may break the ps2...lemmy know. THANKS in advance

Hold down the Reset button for a second or two to turn the console off. Likewise, do the same thing to turn the console back on. -

Yeah hold down the reset button till it turns from green to red then hit the power switch in the back, the manual says to always do this to turn it off.Comment

The flip switch on the back of the console(Main Power Button) may be left on(a little red light illuminates when the switch is on}. Don't worry, you won't run up your electric bill if you leave this switch on.Comment
