Age of Mythology

First post on a new forum, I'd like to recommend Age of Mythology for anyone who likes AOE, Starcraft/Warcraft type games.

Very good single player campaign I might add.

Age of mythology extended edition is re releasing on steam complete with multiplayer making a comeback. Anyone else played this game back in the day? I was hoping it would have been cheaper than 23.99 but I'm probably still going to jump on it at that price.

I will probably jump on it I was big on of age of empires but never got into this I have hear it is awesome though

For some reason this was the only rts game I could get into. The other big rts games at the time such as starcraft and age of empires just couldn't hold my attention.

It may have been that I am just a casual rts player and those guys on the other games were much better than I was and it wasn't as fun if I was losing in the first 5 minutes of a game. I feel like this game had a wider range of players, a bunch of casuals like me and the guys who run ranked with a score of 2000+

It was probably the myth units though. My pre teen mind loved the idea of controlling an entire army of creatures.

Omg yesssss. I had a feeling when age of empires was remade that they would release this one.
Loved this game. Love Greek and Egyptian mythology.

I played the crap out of this game back in the day. Before I could read I played it ,haha. The price is high, but I will probably end up getting it cause its just so much fun!
