Big time. Fallout 3 was like no other experience I had ever had whereas New Vegas felt like an expansion pack. Still completed it but was happy to be done unlike Fallout 3 where I just kept playing and playing and playing.

Fallout 3 sets up a great story. Guns and ammo are about the only thing that I found better in New Vegas. Yeah, you can choose so many different paths in NV, but 3 has characters that you can get attached to.

The scenery, I feel, is so much better than NV. It feels more like a post apocalyptic wasteland than NV does. There are less people and electricity, and more wild animals, super mutants, and ghouls. You can go in many more buildings in addition to the sewer system. It feels more lonely and it does a better job of that 1950s post war era feeling, which I love. The music sets that tone great; which is also better in 3 than NV. Oh, and TRANQUILLITY LANE! Not to mention 3 freezes less than NV.

I bought 3 on a whim from GS when it was on sale for $10. That was the best $10 I have ever spent in my life. So much quality. I had no clue on what Fallout was about other than finding bobble heads and passing the GOAT. (I looked at my neighbour's trophies once.)

Fallout 3 is my most favorite game of all time.

It's the guys from the swamp add-on that I can't remember the name of.

I don't think I'll ever go back and play Fallout 3 but I feel so fortunate to be able to experience something so Unique and special. It really will go down as one of the best video game experiences of all time.

Funny to see this thread bumped as the last week or so I have been going back and doing the DLC. I bought the GOTY version of this game a while back and did a ton of the main wasteland stuff but never went and did most of the add ons. Just finished the pitt tonight. Still love this game after over four years.

Fallout 4 Teased by Three Dog Voice Actor

Bethesda may be working on a new entry in the Fallout franchise, according to a voice actor from Fallout 3.

Erik Todd Dellums, who voiced Galaxy News Radio DJ Three Dog in the game, tweeted earlier today that it looked like he would be reprising his role in the near future.

Almost more excitingly than this though is the fact that Dellums confirmed Bethesda gave him permission to release the tease.

We heard rumours last August that Fallout 4 would be set in Boston, after Bethesda scouts were reported to be checking out the area from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

I was going to post this, but I forgot to. Fallout 3 is one of my favorite games ever, and I am still playing it, so I am super excited if it turns out they are making another one.

I'm hearing Fallout 4 will release with the 720. If true, would that be the most anticipated launch title in history? For me it would be.

I still play it and love it. I have a few issues with it, but it is still an awesome game.
