    THE Reason I bought a 3DO back in the day.

    Folks...I give you one of THE coolest and most well done video games to date.

    A trip down memory lane for some of you...

          I only owned a soccer game by EA and a basketball game with fake teams and Ian Eagle commentating. What a waste of money the 3DO was...

                  Why didn't you buy any of the good games? Saying the system was a waste because you bought 2 horrible games doesn't mean it was a bad system.

                  That's like buying the worst 2 PS2 games and saying the system sucks because are the only 2 games you played.

                      I had all the Wing Commander games on PC. Some of the absolute best games I ever played on any system.

                      Road Rage was pretty much all I played on my 3D0....

                          I bought a 3DO for an unlicensed Madden game.... which looked amazing at the time... but ohhhh!!! what a mistake.


                          3DO had some cool games though.

                              I only play sports games and I was hoping for a football game that was never released...Playstation came out soon after and I just moved on.

                                      The fact I paid money for Night Trap and Sewer Shark should end all discussion.

                                              Me too, that's what I got one for, it was a great Madden game too IMO. I also played some 3D tunnel shooter constantly, can't recall the name of it but it was simply incredible.

                                              As for Wing Commander, I played all of those a TON on the PC. I really miss those games, they need something like it on the PC again, with the epic battles, the video telling the story, all that..it was great.

                                                  Return Fire was indeed an awesome game. I had it for the PS and we loved it and played it non-stop while I was in Bosnia in '96...
