    ANyone getting this game? If any of you guys are a fan of the John Woo game Stranglehold then you gotta love Ninja Games!

      Played the 360 demo, didn't think much of it.

          The demo left me disappointed. I was hoping for it to be good but I may have to pass on it. After playing ninja gaiden when it was released on xbox, I've had higher expectations for ninja games.

                      Why in the hell can't they improve this series? It's the same thing as the first one. I love the idea, but the execution is inexcusable...

                          Man, I could never get enough Tenchu on the Playstation, but this new demo is pretty weak. I agree that pretty much all the games have been the exact same.

                                  Didn't know the demo was out, I will have to check it out. I have been looking forward to the game though.

                                      The Tenchu series has always been the ultimate tease. The premise and gameplay sounds great, the graphics usually good enough, but the controls and execution always keep it below "great" status.

                                          Eh... I was looking forward to this but after the demo I don't know.

                                          But I've always been into assassin games so this will probably end up being a buy for me.

                                              I think it's unfair to compare this with Ninja Gaiden, since NG is more of a hack n Slash fighter, where Tenchu has always been about stealth.

                                              I agree with most that the gameplay, though obviously tweaked for the better, the concept is still the exact same as all the other Tenchu games. All the games play out the exact same, which has become quite boring, if you ask me.

                                                          Tenchu has to rank in the top 3 of the most disappointing franchises in video game history.

                                                          The first game was one of the best games on the PS1, but since then, the series didn't change. It irritates me.
