NBA 2K8(Not a big fan of the NBA but did enjoy 2K7 so it's a possibilty)
Halo 3(Don't care about this one and am not buying but will probably get a free copy from MS since they gave us a free Halo 2 and Gears of War)
APF 2k8(Another maybe after hearing the results from Media Day)
Army of Two(Another Maybe)
Tiger Woods(Another Maybe)
Quite a few PS3 games that I may end up getting once I see them hands on.

Because the Halo series is overrated. I'll probably end up getting it sometime but it's not something that I want to play very badly.

Agreed. I rented the first Halo and played it for a while, but was bored with it after only a couple hours. Same can be said about Halo 2. I still have an open mind about 3, mainly because of the visuals, but I know for sure I won't buy it for a while after it comes out just to save money for games I really want.

Ya know, I gotta say also, that despite all of the huge releases coming out (Assassins Creed, Madden, GTA, etc.), Skate has shot up my list of must haves. If anyone else has seen the new vids IGN has, you'll understand.

For those of you who don't know or have only played Tony Hawk games, the tricks in this game are performed with the right analog stick. For example, an ollie is performed by pulling down, and then flicking up on the right stick. The harder and longer you flick, the better the ollie. To pull off tricks, pull the stick down, then in certain directions. For example, a kickflip is down and to the right. From reading the interviews, the game is very difficult to get the hang of, until you master the tricks, and even then there are new lines to try.

Honestly, just from reading that there is excitement from pulling off simple kickflips down a flight of stairs has me amped. I got so bored of Tony Hawk with the supertricks that you could pull off. I'll be happy with finding difficulty in simple tricks, as it will make the REALLY tough tricks that much more rewarding. Not to mention, the video highlights that you can set up.

I know this isn't the best thread to tell everyone about it, and i'm sure most of you know, I just thought i'd explain why it's shot up my must have list.
