    Guitar Hero messing with my eyes

    Has anyone ever noticed that if you play or watch Guitar Hero for a few minutes and then look over at something else, it appears that it's moving upwards? It's starting to freak me out. lol

                          used to happen to me all the time when I first started playing... but as others have said, I don't get that feeling anymore.

                                  Even after playing this series since August of last year, I still see this. I usually only see it when playing in hyperspeed mode now though - and sometimes expert when there's a lot of notes onscreen (Freebird or Hangar 18 especially)

                                  Optical illusions can be rather freaky.

                                      And while we're on the subject of optical illusions...

                                      For anyone who has trouble with the speed of hard and expert, try playing a few songs (preferably easier ones) with hyperspeed turned on. Then turn it off again and go back to the song you were having trouble with. Your eyes will probably be fooled into thinking it's moving in slow motion, like the easy or medium speed. This has resulted in some of the best GH scores I've ever had.

                                              Kind of like swinging a lead bat in baseball or a heavy club in golf. What shouldn't it work in GH. Good idea.
