What's main difference b/w GRAW and Rainbow 6??

i played GRAW for the 360 and liked it, but i want to know about the Rainbow 6 series (thinking of the Las Vegas one) and want to know the gameplay differences, because i don't want the exact same game....

RB6 Vegas is going to give you a much more up close and personal close quarters FPS. There are more weapons available in GRAW 2 and the maps are whole lot bigger. Kills are easier to come by in GRAW 2. Sometimes in Vegas you feel that you've put a whole clip in someone only to have them turn around and hit you with one bullet and down you go.

Both games are awesome in there own right. All depends on what you prefer, close quarters battles or more sprawled out distance kills.

I personally own both and enjoy them equally as much. Although GRAW 2 is my game of choice right now. The RB6 kill issues does bother me at times, it get frustrating.

Both games are really good and have thier differences. RB6 Vegas has a alot longer story than what GRAW 2 had.

A big difference in the environment. GRAW2 is mostly outdoors. Vegas is mostly inside buildings.
Singleplayer Vegas gives you more control over your AI guys. You can have them wait by one entrance to a room while you move to another door, then when your ready order them in so you can attack from both directions. You can also "tag" bad guys so the AI will target them first.

I dont have GRAW2 so I can only comment on R6 and GRAW. In R6, the interface used in staying behind cover is more intuitive than GRAW. In R6 you squeeze and hold the left trigger to stay behind cover, and when you're ready to leave your cover, just let go of the left trigger. In GRAW, you stick to the wall, and have to press the A button, or have to move in the direction opposite to leave the cover, and the latter part may not work everytime.

What about the offline modes? in terms of offline, i'm thinkign of either Rainbow 6, or Gears of War, but everyone says the latter is known for online moreso than offline campaign...
